1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win36 ("win36," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at win36.bid. By accessing the win36 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with win36's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules published on the platform, and any promotional terms disclosed in connection with specific bonuses or campaigns. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to the specific promotion only.

win36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notification on the win36 platform. Continued use of the win36 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the win36 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are accessing win36 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal and you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of win36 is prohibited, restricted, or regulated in a manner that prevents legal access;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of a corporate entity for the purposes of gambling;
• You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement with win36 or any gaming regulatory body that would prohibit your access to online gaming;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of win36 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access real-money features of the win36 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. All information provided must match your government-issued Philippine identification documents.

win36 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the win36 platform, linked to a single government-issued Philippine identification document. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — including accounts using alternative identification documents, accounts registered in another person's name, or accounts created following a previous account closure — is strictly prohibited.

win36 reserves the right to conduct periodic checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, win36 will close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and retain all deposits and winnings in the duplicate accounts in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win36 login credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. win36 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify win36 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. win36 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

All win36 accounts for Philippine-based players are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

win36 is required to conduct customer due diligence in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. All players must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal. win36 may also require KYC completion before a player can deposit above certain thresholds.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (accepted: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License);
• A selfie of the player holding the identification document, with both the player's face and the ID clearly visible;
• Proof of address (where required for enhanced due diligence) — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to the player at their Philippine residential address, dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required — a screenshot of the player's GCash, Maya, or bank account showing the account name and number.

win36 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits to your win36 account may be made via any payment method currently supported by the platform, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are published on the win36 Payments page and may be amended from time to time. All funds deposited to win36 are held in a segregated player funds account.

win36 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the win36 account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated win36 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from your win36 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your win36 wallet;
• Any active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the win36 account;
• win36 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment source verification for withdrawals above ₱100,000.

Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. win36 charges no standard withdrawal fees. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees are borne by the recipient.

win36 maintains AML compliance procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to monitoring. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, win36 is required by law to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Player funds may be frozen pending investigation in such cases.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

win36 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn or converted to real-money funds;
• Standard wagering requirements are disclosed for each promotion and are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as specified);
• Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games contribute at a reduced rate as specified in promotional terms;
• The Buy Bonus / Feature Buy feature on slot games is excluded from wagering contribution on all win36 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements;
• win36 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where the platform determines the bonus has been exploited, abused, or claimed in breach of these Terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the win36 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on win36 use independently certified RNG systems. These systems are audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories and produce outcomes that are provably random and fair. win36 cannot alter game outcomes, and no external tool or intervention can influence game results.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or interrupted connection during a game session, win36 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's wallet. win36 is not liable for any losses alleged to have resulted from a technical malfunction. The decision of win36's technical team regarding game integrity disputes is final.

Live casino games use physical dealing equipment operated by human dealers in licensed studio environments. Live game results are not subject to RNG certification, as outcomes are determined by physical dealing. win36 monitors live dealer studios for integrity compliance and dealer procedural adherence.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win36 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity, age, or address information;
• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic bonus exploitation, or coordinate bonus farming with other players;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider in connection with win36 deposits;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the win36 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the win36 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable law;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of a win36 account to a third party.

9 Responsible Gaming

win36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win36 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the win36 platform without the prior written consent of win36.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the win36 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether win36 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

win36 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. win36 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to platform availability.

Gambling involves financial risk. The potential to lose all or part of funds wagered is inherent to gambling products. win36 makes no representation or warranty regarding the profitability of any gaming strategy or the likelihood of winning any particular game or category of games. Players accept all financial risk associated with their gaming activity at win36.

12 Account Termination

win36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC, or access from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon legitimate account termination by win36 (i.e., not arising from player misconduct), any verified real-money balance in the player's wallet will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not returned upon account closure.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting win36 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law and the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the win36 platform shall first be submitted to win36's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact win36 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. win36 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through win36's internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authority with jurisdiction over win36's operations. win36 shall cooperate fully with any such regulatory investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

win36 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, win36 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notification displayed on the win36 platform at the time of next login.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page at win36.bid/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the win36 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
